IO-Link

IO-Link is the worlds first standardized IO technology for communication with sensors and actuators. Point-to-point communication is based on the well-established 3-wire sensor and actuator connection without additional requirements on cable materials. IO-Link is therefore not a Fieldbus, but further development of the existing connection technology for sensors and actuators. As an automation manufacturer that actively promotes IO-LINK, SENTINEL provides IO-LINK master modules that support multiple protocols, as well as a variety of IO-LINK slave devices.
